Currently serves as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon.
Loren A. Smith, United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington D.C. After graduating with honors from The Johns Hopkins University in 1998, Gerarda went on to earn her J.D. from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, where she served as President of The Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy Studies, and where she authored a bi-weekly column entitled, "This Week in Federal Law" for Dicta.

Phoebe Wilson was born and raised in the United States. Her work in the field of writing, teaching, and youth and family counseling brought her into contact with www.newoman.org, where she has been a constant contributor in the analysis and opinion section since 2003.
